Manufactured by VestGuard in the UK, tested and certified to the NIJ level III (3) and level IV (4) standards by independent test laboratories. Tested and officially certified to the NIJ level IV (4) standards by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ).

Each plate is 250mm x 300mm x 14mm with shooter cut corners and is recommended that each vest be equipped with two plates, one for the front and one of the rear, that fit inside pockets on the outer carrier of VestGuard overt body armour.
