The Ceramic Dual Purpose HAPs (Hard Armour Panel) are the must have personal protection when entering, working or living in high threat situations. These plates are placed into pockets supplied in tactical covert and overt vests located one to the front and one on the back of the outer carrier. They are additional upgrades and will achieve the NIJ level IV/III rated protection when used in conjunction with NIJ Level IIIA SAPs (Soft Armour Panels) supplied with tactical carriers.
