VestGuard UK offers a fast and efficient delivery service to all our customers. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with most orders dispatched the very same day or the following working day if items are available from stock.
VestGuard offers a number of different service options to select from when placing your order:
Standard Delivery is typically sent by Royal Mail 1st Class recorded post. We estimate arrival in 1-5 working days from the day it is shipped.
Express Delivery is dispatched by the most suitable next day service. Your order will arrive 1 working day after the day it is shipped between 9am and 5.30pm.
Express Delivery (Timed services) is dispatched by the most suitable next day service. Your order will arrive 1 working day after the day it is shipped and will arrive before the chosen cut off time.
Express Delivery (Saturday delivery) is dispatched by the most suitable next day service. Your order will arrive on Saturday between 9am and 5.30pm.
If an item is required urgently, please telephone us for stock availability.
Please note all next day orders MUST be placed before 2pm in order to receive them on the next working day.
After VestGuard has shipped an order, we are dependent on our couriers to deliver goods in a timely manner. It is out of our control and we cannot guarantee any delivery times, but our team are always happy to assist in the event there is a question about delivery.
In the event that you are not present to receive your order, the agent will leave a card identifying that they have tried to deliver the goods. Royal Mail deliveries can be collected from your local post office within seven days. FedEx will attempt to deliver your items again the following day and will return to your nearest depot for seven days where you can arrange to collect it. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost due to misinformation provided so please ensure the delivery details are accurate. You will require proof of identify when collecting any package.
All orders are sent via a recorded and traceable method. These services use on-line tracking via FedEx and Royal Mail websites.
It is very easy to buy online from our website. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

For orders of up to a few thousand items, we predict the manufacturing period to be approximately 4 - 6 weeks.
VestGuard offers a number of different service options for international customers. Our website is not able to accommodate deliveries out of the UK due to the nature of our products however all our products are available for sale to customers in every country.

VestGuard can manufacture 1 - 100,000 units of body armour. Typical lead times for larger orders is 4-6 weeks.

Should this occur you have the right to return the product at our cost and once received we will resend or refund your order.
If for any reason you are unhappy with any part of your order please contact us within seven days of receipt and we can offer a return or an exchange.

Include the invoice along with a short explanation why you are returning the goods.
Step 3 Package the products well and return via a recorded method.
Step 4 Once received VestGuard will assess your return and issue you a refund or exchange.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven workings days beginning the day after you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel you must indicate this in writing or another durable medium within the cancellation period.

You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession.
You (the consumer) must arrange for the safe return of goods to VestGuard, the cost of which is to be borne by you, failing which VestGuard will recover the goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you.
On the cancellation of a contract the supplier shall reimburse any sum paid by or on behalf of the consumer under or in relation to the contract to the person by whom it was made free of any charge (less any charge made in connection with recovery of the goods) within 30 days of cancellation.
Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by VestGuard UK
Any returned goods received without notice may be returned or refunded at our discretion.
A small restocking fee is charged if received without notice or cancelled after seven working days.
Items returned used more than reasonable care, damaged, soiled (stained, impregnated by smoke, written in) or altered, it is not eligible for return. Shipping, including return shipping, is the responsibility of the customer.
Any Express or timed services chosen at checkout other than standard delivery options are considered an additional contract and therefore are none refundable. The cost of standard delivery will be refunded on return at the rate listed on our website.
We recommend you try the vest before writing your details inside. If returned you may be charged for the cost of replacing any written label.
We cannot accept returns for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
