.1. Delivery

We know you want your order quick, so any purchases will be dealt with as quickly as possible for you. We normally dispatch 99% of goods the same or next day.

Standard Delivery: between 1-5 workings days*
Express Delivery: next working day*

*If your order is not in stock we will contact you to let you know (so please give an email that you do visit) and we will send it out as soon as it comes in.

A signature is required for all orders.

We will do all we can to get orders out as quickly as possible however sometimes we can get busy, so please do allow up to 3 working days to dispatch some orders.

We cannot be held responsibility once the order has left our warehouse but our team are always happy to help, and we will do our very best to get your package to you as soon as humanly possible.

.2. International Delivery

VestGuard very much welcomes enquiries from international buyers.

Small Orders: Royal Mail International signed / Airsure / FedEx Priority Air
Large Orders: FedEx Priority Air Freight / Sea Freight

As one of FedEx largest UK customers we offer fantastic rates for Priority Air shipping. We can ship anything from one earpiece to 200,000 units of body armour and offer the same professional service from the smallest to the largest of orders. Offering Next Day to European Destinations and 3-5 days for the rest of the world, you’ll get your products super quick.

With all the exporting we do here at VestGuard we have a quick and efficient service that allows us to compete in the market, our 5 star service lets you sit back whilst we do 99% of the work at no extra charge to our customers.

.3. Placing an Order

Payment Methods

Online orders: All major cards, American Express, and PayPal.
Phone orders: All major cards, American Express, cheque, postal order, bank transfers

Its easy to buy online:

Step 1 – Add you purchases to the checkout basket
Step 2 – Click Checkout and check its all there
Step 3 – If asked, select delivery type (body armour is sent next day as standard)
Step 4 – Click Checkout and Pay and follow the instructions
Step 5 – Sit back and wait for your products to arrive

Please note we only deliver to the registered card holder’s address

5. Exchanges

VestGuard is always happy to exchange a product within 14 days if it is the wrong size or model, or not what you want, but would like something else.

6.Returns & Refunds

No Hassle Returns:

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to confirm the return/exchange. Follow these easy steps to return your item.

  1. Contact VestGuard UK to inform us of the return.
  2. Please Include a copy of the invoice, along with a short explaination why you are returning the goods.
  3. Package the products well, and return by a recorded method within 14 days of receipt.
  4. A Charge of £10 is made if you request us to collect the goods.

Legal
We accept returns on new, unused products within 14 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund.  
Any returned goods received without notice will be returned or refunded at our discression. A 15% restocking fee may be charged if recievied without notice or beyond the above times.
All returned items must be in new, resalable condition, with the original tags and packaging.  If the item returned is clased as used, damaged, soiled (stained or writren in) or altered, it is no longer eligible for return. Shipping, including return shipping, is the responsibility of the customer.
* Special Order products returned for an exchange or refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee
* Any made to measure products may not be returned unless faulty.
* We cannot refund original postage costs unless the item is faulty, or retuned within 14 days

Please note: Products returned which have been in a smoking environment and can be identified as such may be classed as soiled and unsaleable.
Please note: Try your vest on before writing your details inside as this may class the vest as unsaleable and the vest may be sent back to you or a charge incurred for the damaged cover.
