Standard Delivery

All prices on the website include Standard UK Delivery.

Orders placed before 2:30pm are despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and manpower. Orders in stock, sent same day may take 1-5 workings days to arrive. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order.
(exceptions see important information). 

Orders where stock is not available, will be dispatched when stock becomes available. You will be contacted regarding this within 24 hours of placing the order.

Deliveries to Southern Ireland are now classed as international orders (see below).

Express Delivery

VestGuard UK Ltd now offers Express delivery on all U.K deliveries for an additional £3.00 per order.

On Fridays 'Express Delivery' means Monday-Tuesday. Deliveries are made Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm. Saturday delivery is available (See Important Delivery Information).

Deliveries to Southern Ireland are now classed as international orders (see below).

Important UK Delivery Information

Please note: In Stock on the website identifies items are available to purchase, however they may be items that are ordered in to meet customer demands.

A signature is required for all orders. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel or it can be collected from the nearest collection point if delivery is unsuccesful. Goods must be in stock. Please note that orders are sent by Royal Mail or by our courier.

VestGuard offers a huge range of delivery options other than those stated above, designed to suit your individual needs.
These options include:

  • Next Working Day before 5.30pm - Courier
  • Next Working Day before 1pm - Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • Next Working Day before 12pm - Courier
  • Next Working Day before 9am - Courier and Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - Courier
  • Same Day Delivery - Courier

We will do all we can to get orders out as quickly as possible however the times stated above are dependant upon optimal conditons. During busy times it may take up to 3 working days to dispatch some orders but you will be contacted if this should happen (Exceptions:Verbal confirmation).
We will endeavour to do everything we can to ensure times stated above are kept to but no system is perfect. We cannot be held responsibility once the order has left our warehouse but our team are always happy to help, and we will do our very best to get your package to you as soon as humanly possible.

If you do not hear from us, or recieve you item within 10 working days after purchase please contact us as we have the means to track 99.9% of orders we send out. We can help to identify where your order is and if it has been delivered to a neighbour etc. Items sent via a recorded service are only trackable once they have been signed for. 

International Delivery

VestGuard currently does not give the option to purchase over the website for international orders. For all international orders please contact our sales team on 0845 601 6660.

Important Information

VestGuard keeps hundreds of items in stock. products which state Please allow 7-10 days for delivery will be sent as soon as stock is available and you will be informed regarding this within 24 hrs of your order (Mon-Fri). 

Orders that contain Wiley X Eyewear, Viper, Web-Tex, Jack Pyke and Tracpac, we do not have the capacity to hold all these items, so please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Delivery options are still neccesary as this will determin the method of delivery used once stock becomes available. Orders will be shipped as soon as all products are in stock. If you would like your products shipped as soon as stock is available, please contact our sales team; a separate P&P charge may apply for each despatch.

Please also note that during busy seasonal times of year (for example Valentine's Day, Father's Day, and especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order.

Wrong Size?

Should you find that the vest you recieve or the gloves you try are the wrong size, it does happen from time to time, we can offer a replacement size if you return the item to us. For information on returns please see below.
Please note: Try your vest on before writing your details inside. [See returns policy for more info]

Items must be in as new condition when returning for a replacement size. Please inform us within 7 working days of reciept of goods.


Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will be happy with your purchases, however in the event that you should want to return any of your items VestGuard offers a returns policy for all our customers.

All that we ask is that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and let us know what you are returning. We will supply you with a Returns Reference number. We will accept the return of any UNUSED items within 14 days of purchase, provided that they are returned in their original packaging with all labels still attached* and you have contacted us within 7 days of reciept.

We do not supply goods on a sale or return basis. We are unable to exchange or offer a refund unless a genuine reason is given.

We can not be held responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in the post, so we suggest that items are packaged correctly and sent back to us via a secure and recorded delivery service.
Should you wish us to collect the returning items, we will be happy to arrange this, there may be charge for this service.

Please also include when returning, your name, address, contact details, reason for return, Returns Reference number, order number and any other information that you would like us to know so that we can process your return quickly and without delay.

In the unlikely event of a defective product/wrong size, please follow the instructions above. As soon as the items have been recieved and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched, subject to stock availability. Items out of stock will be dispatched as soon as stock is available.

> Returning goods which are not faulty: We may accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition in the original packaging and having not been used. Goods can be exchanged for different sizes or similar products, subject to the difference in costs being incurred.
Any goods returned for an exchange where the product is not available, VestGuard may use its discreation to send an item of similar design or for the same purpose as the original with notification either by phone or email.

*Items returned for a refund, when the goods are not faulty will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.

> We cannot refund postage costs. Any refunds of orders under our Standard Delivery Service may be charged delivery calculated according to the service used to deliver the order.

Any goods returned to us that are in a used, unsaleable condition, returned without notification, without a returns reference code, or not defective may either be rejected and returned to the customer, or a charge may be incured. VestGuards judgement is final in this matter and you may be contacted in relation to this decision.
Please note: Products returned which have been in a smoking environement and can be identified as such may be classed as unsaleable.
Please note: Try your vest on before writing your details inside as this may class the vest as unsaleable and the vest may be sent back to you or a charge incurred for the unsaleable carrier.

Refunds to a card may take up to 30 days to take effect depending on the sitauation, however we will attempt to make any refunds as quickly as possible.
