.1. Delivery
For your convenience our aim is to dispatch all orders the same day or next working
day.
Standard delivery can take between 1-5 workings days to deliver*
Express delivery will arrive the next working day after dispatch*
*If your order is out of stock we will contact you via phone or email and will
send your order as soon as we can. (please ensure you provide a suitable email)
A signature will be required for all orders.
For special timed or Saturday orders, you can place online as of July 2011 but may
wish to contact us to advise us of the urgency of the order. We will be able to
process your order more efficiently. Please contact us on 0845 601 6660
We do get busy, and whilst we will do our best to dispatch all orders within
one day please note it can on occasion take up to 3 working days to ship some
larger orders.
Delivery times are dependant on our shipping agent. We cannot be held
responsibility once the order has left our warehouse but our team are always
happy to help answer any questions. We will do our very best to ensure your
package reaches you as soon as humanly possible.

.2. International Delivery
VestGuard very much welcomes enquiries from international buyers.
Small orders are sent via the most appropriate mail service for the destined
country.
Large orders are sent priority air freight or sea freight
As one of FedEx largest UK customers VestGuard can offer fantastic rates for priority
air shipping. We can ship just one earpiece or 160,000 units of body armour. VestGuard
offers next day services to European destinations and 3-5 days for the rest of
the world.

.3. Placing an Order
VestGuard offers the following payment methods:
Online orders: All major cards, American Express, and PayPal.
Phone orders: All major cards, American Express, cheque, postal order, bank
transfers
We have made it easy to buy online:
Step 1: Add you purchases to the
checkout basket
Step 2: Click Checkout and check it is
all there
Step 3: If asked, select your delivery
service (body armour and helmets are sent next day as standard)
Step 4: Click Checkout and Pay and
follow the on screen instructions.
Step 5: Sit back and wait for your
products to arrive
Please note we can only deliver to the registered card holder’s address for
security reasons

.4. Wrong Size?
Sometimes this does happen. Simply contact us on 0845 601 6660 and we can best
advise you on the procedure.
.5. Exchanges
VestGuard is happy to exchange a product. If it is the wrong size, model, product
please contact us on 0845 601 6660 and we can best advise you how to return for
an exchange.
.6.Returns & Refunds
No hassle returns. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase,
please contact us within seven working days of receipt of your order for a return
or exchange. Please follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Contact VestGuard UK to inform
us of the return.
Step 2: Please include a copy of the
invoice, along with a short explanation why you are returning the goods.
Step 3: Package the products well, and
we suggest returning by a recorded method. We can arrange for the collection of
the goods on your behalf for just £10.
Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel orders within seven working days beginning the day
after the day on which you receive the goods.
If you wish to cancel this contract you must indicate this in writing or
another durable medium such as letter, fax, or email within the cancellation
period.

You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods
while in your possession.
You (the consumer) must arrange for the safe return of goods to VestGuard, the
cost of which is to be borne by you, failing which VestGuard will recover the
goods, the cost of which will be deducted from any refund due to you.
On the cancellation of a contract the supplier shall reimburse any sum paid by
or on behalf of the consumer under or in relation to the contract to the person
by whom it was made free of any charge (less any charge made in connection with
recovery of the goods) within 30 days of cancellation.
Where goods do not conform to the
implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 the cost of recovering
the goods will be borne by VestGuard UK
Legal
Any returned goods received without notice may be returned or refunded at our
discretion. A small restocking fee may be charged if received without notice or
cancelled after seven working days.
Please note if the item returned is used more than reasonable care, damaged,
soiled (stained, impregnated by smoke, written in) or altered, it is not
eligible for return. Shipping, including return shipping, is the responsibility
of the customer.
Any Express or timed services chosen at checkout other than standard delivery options are considered an additional contract and therefore are none refundable. The cost of standard delivery will be refunded on return at the rate listed on our website.
Please note: Please try your vest on before writing your details inside. If returned
you may be charged for the cost of replacing any written label.
We cannot accept returns for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s
specifications or clearly personalised.
